All our prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and at the rate ruling at the relevant tax point. VAT will be added to all invoices at the rate applicable on the tax point date. The tax point date will be the date of invoice in all circumstances.
If you are dissatisfied with results of any of our compatible/remanufactured cartridges, please return the cartridge with evidence supported by a printout indicating the fault. INKPRINT Ltd will repair the faulty cartridge where possible, credit the value against a new cartridge or provide a full refund in exchange for the faulty item.
INKPRINT Ltd reserves the title of the goods until payment of the purchase price is made in full. Until payment in full is received the buyer must permit INKPRINT Ltd or their agents to enter the Buyers premises to re-possess the goods.
In order to open a credit account, we will require the full completion of the INKPRINT Ltd Credit Account Application form. Please note that credit is not available to any clients operating outside the United Kingdom. You must include references; from two companies with whom you currently have credit facilities if you are applying for Credit. Upon receipt of satisfactory references, an account will be opened with thirty days standardised credit terms – unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
