Q: I’ve heard that compatibles or remanufactured inks may block my print heads?

A: This maybe the case with some of our competitors as poor quality ink is used. This problem can also arise when air infiltrates the cartridge chamber during the production process. Our products are manufactured under strict guidelines to avoid such issues resulting in a very low rate of returns across all our lines. In most cases it is less then 0.3% across all of our product range.


Q: Why do you offer “Universal Products” for more than one printer or manufacturer?

A: There are far more printer models, than there are manufacturers of the print engines. For example many HP and Canon printers share the same print engine therefore the consumables are in most cases the same, albeit that each respective manufacturer will have a different model number for the same consumable. Many motor cars share the same platform and parts, so the same principle is applied in the printing industry. In our case our shells are also moulded to accommodate far more models that then of the OEM cartridge.


Q: I have ordered the incorrect product. Can I return it?

A: A refund can be provided assuming the goods are returned to us unopened and in sellable condition. We recommend that you send the items back to us at your own cost. If we are instructed to collect the items from any given address you will be charged a restocking fee equating to 25% of the value of the goods.


Q: I need to return products to you. How should I do this?

A: Returns are accepted on compatible and remanufactured items for up to one year from the date of purchase subject to terms and conditions. No returns will be accepted thereafter. Please list your returns and a collection will then be arranged. In all instances, reasons will need to be provided around the item(s) being returned and where possible, sample prints to support. Serial numbers/batch codes will need to be provided in all instances – without these you will not be credited. Following receipt of your returns, your items will be checked and where possible tested before the credit is issued.


Q: What guarantee do I get?

A: We provide a full twelve month warranty and "no quibble" money back policy on all our products. Please note that products being returned outside of the warranty period (12 months) will not qualify for refund.


Q: Can I return a product which is part used?

A: No.


Q: Do INKPRINT Products last as long as the Originals?

A: Yes, in many cases longer depending on the type of use. Our products are filled to the maximum level possible whilst ensuring consistent performance. Some manufacturers deliberately partially fill their cartridges. Our toner cartridges retain STMC certification which emphasize that page yield tests are conducted against the OEM. Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life, and are not covered under warranty or returns policy, but are provided to assist in supplies planning.


Q: What happens if I'm not happy with your products? Or have problems?

A: Our team is available during office hours over the telephone or email to assist. In the unlikely event that the product(s) are flawed or damaged, we will replace it!


Q: What is your daily cut off time for ordering?

A: Orders must be received by 5pm (Mon-Fri) for existing customers to qualify for next day delivery.


Q: How can I track my delivery?

A: You will receive delivery updates.


Q: I’ve reached my credit limit, can I still place an order?

A: In such situations you have two options. Firstly you can either pay for your current order or you can pay off your previous invoices we recommend the later. If you have a credit on account you may use this to pay off an outstanding balance.
